Job Description & Requirements
•HAVE experience in ACMV Project Administrative
•Day-to-day admin function of the department
•Answering phone calls related to project enquiries
•Coordination and communication between HOD and project team
•Provide administrative support for project managers, engineers and to various inter departments.
•Preparation of quotations, OMM, Testing and commission report required by project team
•Follow up on invitation for minor work tender and Request for quotation (RFQ)
•Maintain documents archiving system for hardcopies and filing into server
•Assist to monitor project costing and budget
•Manage schedule meetings for project team
•Other add-hoc duties and responsibilities when required
