JOB DESCRIPTION
- Gather data from various sources such as databases, surveys, and reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Use statistical tools and software to interpret data
- Prepare and present reports based on data analysis
- Create visualizations, charts, and graphs to illustrate findings
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Support decision-making processes with data-driven insights
- Work with different departments to understand their data needs
- Collaborate with team members to improve data collection and analysis processes
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
