DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To perform secretarial work and provide with day-to-day administrative support. Duties include scheduling appointments and making reservations
- To remain contactable 24/7 to ensure emergencies are responded to promptly
- To provide orientations for new students and ensure they are happy and follow the rules
- To document student life, family visits and assist with organisation of birthday or festive events
- To support admissions team by collecting physical documents or transcripts from vendors
- To perform transportation duties such as sending students for examinations/vaccination or doctor appointments
- To manage budgets for petty cash, replenishment of inventories necessary for the daily operations
- To maintain accurate and up to date student records
- Accommodation provided, manage and monitor the daily activities of student body with the goal of achieving seamless execution and parent’s satisfaction
- To collaborate closely with internal key stakeholders to achieve the smooth operational activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Min 2 years of driving experience
- Class 3 Driving Licence compulsory; Company’s vehicle is not allowed to drive home
- Have the ability to relate to student with a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Possess great written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, solve problems and meet deadlines
- Demonstrate the skills and sensitivity to mediate conflict
- Have the ability to remain calm, show initiative and make good decisions in a crisis
- Be available to work outside of regular work hours including evenings and weekends
- Willing to stay in-house at provided accommodation during working days
