JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Develop job descriptions, job specifications, and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, conduct job interviews, and make hiring recommendations
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance management best practices, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, including orientation programs, skills development workshops, and leadership training
- Identify training needs and priorities based on organizational goals, employee feedback, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and keep abreast of changes and updates in HR-related legislation
- Prepare HR reports and analytics on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction, to inform decision-making and strategy development
- Conduct career advisory workshops/seminars to help job seekers understand the job market better
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in any related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft office
