Visitor Experience Officer x2 (First Aid /Fire-Safety Awareness) | SPMG

• Tues - Sun, 10am - 5pm
• 11-month contract
• Clarke Quay/ City Hall MRT
• $2,800 - $3,000 per month

Responsibilities:

1. To guide visitors through the various zones and impart Emergency Preparedness skills and knowledge including fire safety awareness to the visitors.
2. Tactfully handling correspondences and enquiries from member of public and visitors.
3. Ensure functioning equipment Eg. Check the surveillance network (when required) such as the Close-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras and recording system.
   1. Conduct simple maintenance of equipment Eg. Test all multimedia, computers and projecters).
   2. Ensure adherence of safety and security measures.
   3. First-level troubleshooting of technical problems, such as faulty lighting control units and interactive stations, and liaise with the maintenance contractors to resolve those above their ability to troubleshoot and monitor their progress.

Requirements:

1. Possesses minimum a Higher Nitec with experience in Customer Service/Public engagement.
2. Experience in formal First-Aid /Fire-Safety training is a bonus.
3. Excellent communication skills.
