Your Job
We are seeking for a Reliability Lab Technician to support testing efforts from Molex Singapore and other entities in a laboratory environment.
Our Team
You will be working closely under the supervision of the Specialist, Lab. The team collaborates to ensure high-quality testing support and maintains a safety-conscious work environment.
What You Will Do
- Conduct Reliability tests on the products or evaluation.
- Ensure that all tests are conducted as per test requirements and accurately, include Robustness Tests in all new projects submitted for tests.
- Maintain the standard as well as meeting the requirements of ISO17025.
- Generate test reports and to ensure databases are updated and reports are filed properly.
- Keep all tested samples in good order per sample retention policy.
- Conduct monthly Product Audit tests.
- Ensure that the test fixtures are kept and managed properly.
- To ensure good general housekeeping of the reliability lab.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- ITE or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical field.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a test laboratory environment.
- Safety conscious and attentive to detail.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in QA Lab and Reliability Lab environments.
- Skills in cross-sectioning.
- Ability to operate temperature and humidity chambers.
