Receptionist Admin Assistant - Yishun

Gain Employment Services Pte. Ltd.

Contract Period:
1 November 2024 to 31 December 2025 (Base Period) with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months


Working hours:
*Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
*Fridays: 7:00am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break
*Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays


Scope of Services:

1) Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the General Office is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:
Reception
*To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
*To attend to unwell students and render first aid if needed.
*To administer lost and found items
*Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of Reception Area at all times.
General Administration
*To assist with general administration work such as handling mails, faxing, receiving goods, photocopy assignments, certificate issuance
*To assist in data entry, record keeping and filing of documents.
*Support school events and any duties as assigned by school.


Qualification, Skill & Experience:

*At least a GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent
*Shall minimally have 2 years of relevant work experience
*Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Good customer service skills
