Our client, a leading quality food provider and wholesaler, is looking for suitable talents to join their growing business as Sales Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
- Well versed and strong knowledge in food/beverage products.
- Achieve individual sales targets and objectives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set pricing strategies with the Sales Director to maximize profitability.
- Establish sales territories and allocate resources effectively.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Track sales metrics (e.g., monthly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze data to identify sales trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Commercial and Logistics teams to fulfill orders promptly.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business or any relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales leader, preferably in Food industry/Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
- Possess leadership and management skills
- Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N1) is required to liaise with Japanese speaking customers/clients

- Location: North
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary: Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications.
