Responsibilities:
- Profound understanding of the nature of bulk commodity trading, including spot trading, futures, and supply chain trade financing. Ability to manage the entire chain of procurement, capital, logistics, and sales in bulk trade services;
- Familiar with overseas financial markets, especially in Southeast Asia. Responsible for researching and formulating the overall strategic plan for the trade department of the Singapore company, organizing and implementing the company's business development plan, and achieving the company's annual business goals;
- Organize and participate in the negotiation and signing of major or bulk trade-related projects, oversee and supervise the execution of related business contracts. The main bulk trade products include chemical products and non-ferrous metals, with other products being supplementary. The trading partners are primarily domestic and foreign central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, large private enterprises, and listed companies;
- Familiar with various financing models and structures, with certain product structure design capabilities. Able to independently complete bulk commodity trade financing tasks, develop trade financing customer resources, organize and coordinate business relationships with relevant financial institutions, and expand capital market business channels;
- Monitor market dynamics of the bulk commodity industry chain, leverage resource advantages, and actively explore business innovation models;
- Negotiate with banks to establish bank financing limits and frameworks to support the structural financing needs of bulk commodity trade.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, international economics and trade, or related fields;
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in the bulk trade or financial industry, with substantial industry resources;
- Strong awareness of compliance, risk, teamwork, and leadership skills.
