About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Boutique Manager to lead the business and team of Beauty Advisors and Facialists to provide the ultimate experience for our discerning clientele. As a Boutique Manager, you will play a crucial role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Boutique, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, implementing marketing strategies, and achieving financial goals.


Responsibilities

  • To lead the BA team and facialist team to oversee and ensure the day-to-day operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to grow productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Monitor and manage spa budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
  • Develop and execute retail & marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.
  • Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety protocols for both clients and staff.
  • To offer consistent guidance and professional training to BA team and facialist team.
  • Deliver and train the team to provide a high standard of services to customers.
  • To achieve monthly sales target by applying communication skill, CRM strategy and selling skill.
  • Manage inventory, including skincare products, equipment, and other consumables.
  • To maintain and control the environment status and coordinate with other departments to ensure operations work smoothly.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Train staff on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on performance, financial metrics, and customer feedback.
  • Liaise with Education Team for regular follow-up and refresher product and facial trainings.
  • Maintain a healthy MSP scores.

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel / Spa Management or relevant discipline
  • Proven experience in spa or wellness management.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Front Office operation, 2 years of which are in supervisory level.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of beauty and wellness industry trends.
  • Familiarity with spa software and booking systems.
