Work location: Tanjong Pagar
Working hours: Monday - Friday; 8.30am - 6pm (Hybrid mode - 3 days WIO, 2 days WFH)
Salary: $5500 - $7000 (Depending on experiences)
- Supervise the finance team in financial accounting and corporate reporting. This will include preparation of accurate and timely management accounts and variance analysis, and annual statutory financial statements and disclosure notes.
- Maintain accurate journal entries and allocations. Reconcile accounts and provide analysis for the organisation’s financial transactions
- Work/ liaise with other corporate and business departments on revenue and cost allocations/ recoveries for profit/ cost centres reporting
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity is maintained for operations and funds are placed in accordance with corporate policies
- Work with Finance share services to ensure revenue billings and payments of invoices are promptly processed and accurately recorded
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Process business transactions and reports using information technology tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or CPA
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting, preferably in listed companies and/or real estate sector
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I)
- Excellent team worker with strong communication, people-management and organisation skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Proficient in Excel and Power point
- Experience with IBM Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, SAP, Yardi will be viewed favourably
