- Lead and manage the admissions team and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and internal data to inform admissions strategies and decisions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to achieve departmental goals.
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, academic, and administrative teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to student recruitment and retention.
Requirements:
- Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in admissions and enrolment management in an IB School.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
