Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our cleaning services business. As the Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of sales and operational activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, fostering client relationships, and driving business expansion.


Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Quotations and Customer Engagement:Prepare accurate sales quotations and proposals for potential customers.
    Conduct sales calls and on-site visits to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present our services effectively.
    Visit potential customers, provide comprehensive quotations, and develop proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management:Handle client inquiries, address feedback, and resolve any issues promptly and satisfactorily.
    - Maintain and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Leadership and Team Management:Exhibit self-motivation and strong leadership skills to provide direction and lead a team of sales executives.
    Drive the achievement of sales targets through effective team coordination, guidance, and motivation.
  4. Presentation and Communication:Possess excellent presentation and explanation skills to effectively showcase our services and benefits to potential clients.
  5. Operations and Inventory Management:Ensure healthy staffing levels and oversee training programs for cleaners to meet operational requirements.
    Manage the procurement of materials and implement effective inventory controls for cleaning services.
  6. Strategic Planning and Growth:Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.
    Lead the expansion into the residential sector (B2C) by devising strategic plans and overseeing the sales team's efforts in that market.
  7. Problem Resolution:Supervise and ensure the timely mitigation of problems, complaints, and issues in a satisfactory manner, both on-site and in coordination with the relevant teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning industry, is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capability to lead a sales team effectively.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to strategize and devise effective plans to penetrate the residential market.
  • Sound knowledge of operations management and inventory controls.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
