- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring timely processing and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Generate sales reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment and support sales initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Assist in producing initial drafts of client portfolio reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain inputs for RFPs, reports, and presentation materials for prospects.
- Assist in submission of documents for compliance and legal clearance.
- Monitor public tenders.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
