Job Description
- Handle full set accounts
- Prepare and submit GST and liasie with IRAS
- Prepare and update projects costing
- Supervise the Accounts Departments
- Responsible for all daily operations and accounting matters
- Prepare annual budget and cashflow forecasts
- Verify and approve all documents before payment
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements
- Liaise with various Division / Department Heads on accounting matters
- Assist Director on all accounting matters
- Liaise with auditors, banks, tax authorities and other government authorities on accounting matters
Job Requirement
- Minimun Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- Preferably 3 years local relevant working experience in construction or engineering or marine field
- Quickbook experience will be advantageous
