Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Reliability and Usability: Develop and maintain comprehensive electrical equipment replacement schedules to optimize performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct detailed root cause analysis for electrical equipment breakdowns, implementing effective solutions promptly. Respond promptly to urgent breakdown incidents, ensuring minimal impact on production operations. - Energy Efficiency:Optimize energy consumption across electrical systems, developing and refining SOPs to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
- Regulatory Compliance:Ensure strict compliance with all electrical safety regulations and standards.
Manage yearly sub-station shutdown Preventive Maintenance (PM) and troubleshoot electrical issues as needed. - Cost Management and Vendor Oversight:Supervise contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints and adhere to required quality standards. Conduct regular performance audits of vendor services to ensure high-quality and cost-effective support.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a multinational chemical plant environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) regulations.
