Responsibilities :
- Manage HR matters which include the following areas :
- Assist with recruitment including campus visits
- Process new appointments, reappointments, recontracts on a timely basis
- Assist with promotion and tenure matters
- Support onboarding and offboarding matters
- Provide HR advisory on processes and procedures
- Collate HR data and update staff information databases for reporting/ analysis
- General admin matters
Requirements :
- Minimum 3-4 years of prior working HR experience
- Well-versed in employment act
- Meticulous and conscientious
- Able to interact with Senior Management and various stakeholders
