A leading Enterprise Software MNC with more than 40 years of operations is growing rapidly and they are looking for Senior Regional Sales Managers to join the team here in Asia, reporting directly to the Sales Director. This is an individual contributing + full hunting role with above market benchmark for OTE payouts.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Asia
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations to close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and support
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and report on sales activity
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 12 years of experience in Enterprise Software sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of software solutions, including features, benefits, and applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
- Proven sales track record in Southeast Asia / Asia is a must
