We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. In this individual contributor role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various financial activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting, combined with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop, manage, and monitor budgets and financial forecasts. Provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and cost control.
- Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decisions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and reviews to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide actionable insights and support to improve financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within financial operations. Implement best practices to streamline financial procedures.
- Lead or participate in special financial projects and initiatives as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in XERO financial software and related tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining financial integrity.
