- Manage multiple business units, providing strategic direction and guidance to a team comprising different operations
- Lead operations team to provide efficient services
- Stabilize and manage operations at different sites for smooth operations
- Critical decision-making to ensure prompt resolution and minimal operational disruption should incidents and emergencies arise
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients and key stakeholders
- Achieve high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety protocols
- Develop operational plans, budgeting, and resource allocation, to enhance work procedures and service quality
- Oversee preparation of tender specifications and quotations
