Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts.
- Manage monthly closing processes, including AR and AP functions.
- Perform AP duties, such as processing payments (Manual, GIRO, System) and ensuring proper documentation for payment approvals.
- Post and check coding for expenses and payments using SAP.
- Ensure employees’ purchase requests are submitted with proper reviews and approvals for purchase control.
- Check whether employees' purchase requests have been submitted after appropriate review and approval for purchase control.
- Support other ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling full sets of accounts.
- Hands-on experience with AP and AR functions.
- Familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
