Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s services in wealth management, insurance, and investment solutions
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills, and determine interest levels in the company’s offerings.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and consultations for our advisors with qualified prospects.
- Client Follow-up: Engage in follow-up calls and emails to nurture prospects and provide further information when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s offerings, including insurance plans, wealth management strategies, and investment solutions to communicate effectively with prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client information and track lead progress.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries and questions from prospective clients, providing clear and professional responses.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to client onboarding.

- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording client information and managing leads.
- Knowledge of Financial Products: Familiarity with financial planning, insurance, and investment solutions is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience.
- Experience in the financial services, insurance industry, or business loans and mortgage is a plus.
- Experience using CRM systems.
