Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and Maintenance Sales Manager to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automatic door systems.
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure the continuous operation and reliability of automatic door systems.
- Develop and implement troubleshooting strategies to resolve system malfunctions efficiently.
- Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to system performance and durability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols during service and repair activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and offering technical support and guidance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support service contracts and provide technical expertise on maintenance agreements.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in automatic door systems, integrating new knowledge into service practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or ITE in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automatic door system maintenance or a related field or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical systems and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
