Job Summary:
The Operations Assistant will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our mobile gaming company. This role involves a mix of administrative duties and legal and compliance-related tasks. The successful candidate will help ensure smooth operational processes and support the team in maintaining legal and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Manage the COO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for the COO.
- Prioritize and manage the COO’s tasks and deadlines to ensure smooth operation.
Operational Coordination:
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational initiatives and projects.
- Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Develop and implement operational procedures and policies to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and communication.
Project Management:
- Support the COO in managing strategic projects by creating project plans, tracking deliverables, and reporting on progress.
- Identify and address any operational challenges or bottlenecks, proposing solutions as needed.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
Communication and Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between the COO and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Tasks:
- Perform general administrative duties such as managing files, handling correspondence, and organizing office logistics.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company events and meetings.
- Oversee the completion of administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong command in English and Mandrin to serve global customers and communicate with global stakeholders.
