Job Description:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Automatic Door Systems Specialist is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automatic door systems. This role requires technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, as well as strong problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of automatic entrances.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of pedestrian automatic doors. Understand technical documents and compile and edit information for dissemination. Provide technical support and service to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the service manager and other team members to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations
Qualifications:
· Minimum Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years work experience on automatic doors (shopping mall, pedestrian)
· Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
· Possess a Class 3 Driving License
· Proficiency in Chinese and English language to communicate with clients
· Geographical work coverage: Singapore inclusive of the islands and offshore locations.
