Key Responsibilities
The incumbent will
· Provide on-site technical support service at customer manufacturing sites
· Assess process requirements and propose software/hardware modifications for PLC systems
- Implement and test software/hardware changes in PLC systems
- Update technical documentation, such as functional and design specifications
· Perform periodic maintenance activities for automation systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related production issues.
- Support production team in issue investigation.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering
· Minimum 8 years’ experience in Siemens PLC S7 TIA portal is a pre-requisite.
· Working experience in the life science manufacturing industry
· Able to work independently
