Job Description for Chemical Technician (Jurong Island / office hours)
- Perform field servicing which includes but is not limited to; water sampling, lab testing, calibration and repair of chemical feed related equipment.
- Plan and maintain all chemical inventory up to date so that product outage does not occur.
- Provide technical support such as troubleshooting, performance improvement and other request to customers
- Prepare and submit daily report to client on plant performance.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- On the Job Training will be provided
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- ITE/Diploma in engineering (chemical, environmental, etc) and sciences (chemistry, etc.)
- 0-5 years of relevant experience
- No experience is welcomed as trainings will be provided
- Possess great teamwork
- Willing to work in a refinery and chemical plant.
- Strong physically as the job requires frequent walking and cycling in the refinery.
