Job Description:
- Responsible for the Restaurant business performance and maintain high standard of service.
- Create and execute plans for restaurant sales and profitability.
- Plan and coordinate menus with Executive Chef.
- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as the main point of contact.
- Advise customers on menu and beverage choice.
- Respond to customer complaints. Ensure positive customer service, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied customer into return customer.
- Provide effective leadership to the Service Team.
- Handle disciplinary issues, conducting Annual review and confirmation of staff.
- Constantly review, evaluate SOP and suggest improvements to the management.
- Ensure all employees adhere to the company's SOP.
- Train & coach team members to ensure staff development.
- Handle and control cashiering duties, daily sales collection, cashiers float and petty cash claims .
- Perform banking duties.
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- 5 years experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of cost/inventory management would be an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Strong public relations with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Candidate must be a strong leader & team player.
- Demonstrate commercial capability to deliver profit, control costs and build customer loyalty.
- Candidate must have basic PC-literacy.
