Work Location: Yishun Mrt
Work Hour:
Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4:00pm,
Fridays: 7:00am to 3.30pm ( inclusive of 30 minutes lunch break)
Contract Period: 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2025
Job Responsiblities;
Reception
- To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
- To attend to unwell students and render first aid if needed.
- To administer lost and found items
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of Reception Area at all time
General Administration
- To assist with general administration work such as handling
mails, faxing, receiving goods, photocopy assignments,
certificate issuance
- To assist in data entry, record keeping and filing of documents.
- Support school events and any duties as assigned by school.
Job Requirement
At least a GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent
Shall minimally have 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
