Primary Function
Lead the Sales Admin Team in fullfulling all sales processing functions.
Job Description
- Creation of new sales deals and processes, support Tender / Export / House deals and outgoing shipment, ensure essential documents are all in accordance with system and compliances.
- Vehicle registrations and sales, stocks reports, COE bidding - organising and allocations with updating and reports, relevant documentary submissions to LTA, etc.
- Sales Admin job distribution to ensure a smooth day to day workflow. Monthly and daily sales and inventory allocations, collate and submit monthly sales consultant sales, incentives and commission.
- Prepare stocks production order with inventory management and planning. Correspond and arrange incoming shipemnt and inventory updates.
- Other ad-hoc matters, hiccups and troubleshooting with working parties. Dispute resolutions and workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Familiar with vehicle registration processes and procedures.
- Microsoft Office / Excel proficiency.
- Good work planning, effective interpersonal skill with an influential approach to colleagues and subordinates.
- Swift and productive work approach with reports and requests.
- Good time management, decision making, adaptability, positivity, conflict resolution and positive mentorship.
Qualification
- Minimum O level
- 3 years and above in related trade
- MIcrosoft Excel literate
- Must be willing to work in Tuas area.
- Able to comnmence immediately or short notice preferred.
- 5 days week.
