Senior/M&E Design Engineer (CRL LTA project)
Our client is a leading A1 main contractor with a notable record of mixed development, residential, commercial and MRT projects. They’re now looking for a Senior/M&E Design Engineer for their Cross Island Line project. This role will be 5.5 days of work per week and performance bonuses to be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design and implementation of M&E systems
- Develop and design mechanical and electrical systems and manage engineering activities
- Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants and architects to ensure smooth execution of the projects
- Prepare technical drawings and design specifications and provide technical support when required
- Ensure that all designs are in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage and monitor project progress, budget, and quality of deliverables
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E design in the construction industry
- Candidates must possess experience with MRT projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and other design software
- Candidates with more experience can be considered for the Assistant M&E Manager role
