Job Description and Requirements:
- Provide L1(Remote) and L2(On-Site) Support in a client’s managed environment.
- Support scope involves troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolution of IT related issues.
- Assist in patch/change management and network configuration requests.
- Maintain records of all IT-related issues via in-house ticketing system.
- Assist in routine reporting on all incidents, problems, status and resolutions.
- Organise and provide training and awareness workshops.
- Provide consultancy and IT roadmap planning for client environment.
- Handle routine administration and other ad hoc matters.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in supporting End-User Computing devices.
- Possess knowledge in IT networking and LAN.
- Possess experience in managing an Office 365 corporate environment.
- Able to communicate well in both written and spoken English.
Additional Info:
- Working hours: 8.30pm to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
