Job Description
- Greet guests warmly, guide them through our menu, explain options, and provide recommendations.
- Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
- Assist guests with any questions they have about the food and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including preparing, clearing and resetting tables.
- Work closely with kitchen staff and other service workers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- No expereicne required, training will be provided
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak both English and Chinese to communicate with our primary customers
- Team player and friendly individual
- High initiative and positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
