CRM Specialist (MS Dynamics)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation & Configuration:

o Analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions.

o Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.

o Design workflows, business rules, and automation within the CRM.

o Integrate CRM with other business applications (ERP, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).

o Ensure data integrity and synchronization between systems.

2. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:

o Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather functional and technical requirements.

o Develop detailed documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and solution designs.

o Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development.

3. Development & Customization (For Developer roles):

o Develop custom plugins, workflows, and reports using C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).

o Implement custom CRM solutions using JavaScript, web services, and API integrations.

o Develop Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.

4. User Training & Support:

o Provide end-user training and create user guides for system usage.

o Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users.

o Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.

5. Testing & Deployment:

o Perform unit testing and assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).

o Deploy solutions and ensure successful implementation in the live environment.

6. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

o Monitor CRM system performance and optimize processes.

o Implement best practices for system configuration and data management.


Requirements:

· Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

· Experience:

o Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

o Experience in CRM implementation, administration, and support.

o For developer roles: Experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.

o Strong knowledge of REST APIs and PowerApps.

o Proficiency in Golang for API integration.
