Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- Install and configure hardware and software applications.
- Monitor and maintain applications and systems to ensure their smooth functioning.
- Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain IT projects.
- Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs.
- Provide technical support for any IT-related matters or issues.
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
- Lead and manage a small team, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Min. NITEC in IT related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a small team.
- Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs effectively.
- Experience in providing technical support and training to users.
- Comfortable to work in a healthcare environment. This role will require you to take the necessary vaccines.
