Job Description
We are looking for someone who is excited to work in an AI start-up and is willing to develop him/herself in the HRTech space. This role would be ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and customer centric.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life.
- Share insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various visual materials.
- Design marketing collateral, such as brochures, posters, and presentations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design projects.
So here’s what we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in web development or UI/UX design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Lightroom.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work in a timely fashion.
- Experience in HTML4/5, CSS2/3, JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience or passion for working in a start-up and fast paced environment would be a huge plus!
