Job Description
- Oversee and develop high-sales impact strategies on product marketing, programs, promotions, and campaigns.
- Initiates new product ideas based on Category trends and insights.
- Arrange a visit plan with the end customers regularly to identify their needs and demands.
- Execute approved sales and promotional strategies.
- Update various distributors for the actual inventory in stock on a regular basis, and support them to place orders in time.
- Assist in monitoring the price system and stock distribution rate within the distributors’ areas, in order to prevent selling beyond agreed areas.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate with 3 years of experience in the food industry will be added advantage.
- Communicate well in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries, request and/or demands from English and Mandarin speaking customers, such like China, Malaysia, Thailand markets).
- Proven ability to be self-motivated and work under one’s own initiative.
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
- Committed and possess the ability to inspire and motivate others with strong teamwork.
- Result-oriented, strong work ethic and able to work under pressure and independently.
- High level of integrity and responsibility.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office packages, experience in data analysis tools is an advantage.
