Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimation, endorse and ensure timely submission to the Superintending Officer for approval.
- Prepare financial projection and carry out budgetary and expenditure control of Contractor’s works.
- Prepare IFM monthly payment claims and final account for Facilities Management and Maintenance Term.
- Evaluate and carry out joint measurement with Contractors on their claims for Works Orders (including Bills of Items of works) and endorse that they are prepared and computed correctly in accordance with the Maintenance Term Contracts and Contract Price/ contract rates
- Prepare and compile all payment claims (Including Payment Certificate (COP)) to Contractors and endorse that they are prepared and computed correctly in accordance with the Maintenance Term Contracts and Contract Price/ contract rates
- Check, certify and confirm Contractor’s invoices to ensure that the invoices tally with the COP and/or works orders, where applicable.
- Compile all payment claims, interim certificates, work orders (including Bills of Items of works) and invoices and ensure timely submission to the Superintending officer for payment.
- Collate all-star rates and quotations rates, analyze and review them to feed forward for future procurement.
- While your job Description is defined as above, you may be required to perform ant related duties as required and directed.
- You shall be required too take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building or Faciliries disciplines from a recognices establishment (with M&E background is preferred) and must have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
