Roles and Responsibilities
1. Analyze and understand environment changes of aftermarket in Asia and develop sales strategy.
- By product, by country.
- Market survey with group companies
2. Develop aftermarket products and lead product launch to Asia market.
- In-house development or outsource from suppliers.
- Discuss and collaborate with Japan HQ and other regional centers
- Set launch schedule, manage progress.
- Price quotations and sell products through Asia group companies
- Follow up orders from group companies
3. Support group companies in region for sales expansion.
- Monitor and analyze group companies sales.
- Discuss with group companies for issues and sales expansion.
4. Monitor inventory and sales trends for stock keeping products.
5. Prepare Ad-Hoc reports to management.
6. Coordinate with various regional departments to accelerate B2B and B2C business channels expansion.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing, Business or Engineering
- 1 ~ 3 years working experience in marketing, sales and similar environment will be an added advantage
- Knowledge and experience in Automotive and Parts market
- Regional experience in Asia Pacific
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, negotiation skills – able to communicate across all levels
- Good communication skills in English and other Asian language
- Strong analytical skill especially for data
- Able to use robotic process automation programs is an added advantage
