ServiceNow Developer (Junior) - Singapore
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the development and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be responsible for building custom applications, implementing integrations, and ensuring the platform operates efficiently. Your expertise will be critical in supporting business needs and enhancing ServiceNow's functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, including integrations with third-party systems.
- Work on Service Catalog/Service Portal modules to deliver a user-friendly experience.
- Manage update sets to move customizations between different ServiceNow instances.
- Provide advanced administrative support, troubleshooting issues, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for the ServiceNow platform and its Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ensure an overarching understanding of the ServiceNow Enterprise product suite and its capabilities.
- Leverage key technologies such as ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS for integration solutions.
- Create reports using the ServiceNow reporting engine, including metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on experience with Service Catalog and Service Portal modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and relevant technologies such as SSO, Web Services, REST, and more.
- Experience in managing update sets and migrating customizations across ServiceNow instances.
- Solid problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create detailed reports, metrics, and SLAs using the standard ServiceNow reporting engine..
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer is a plus.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodology is a plus.
