Job Description:
- • Assist the Clinic Executive to manage daily clinic operations and supervise PSAs at counters.
- • Perform registration, billing and appointment booking for patients.
- • Assist to prepare & issue daily cash float and handle cash collection.
- • Assist to monitor clinic queue performance and consultation waiting time.
- • Assist to attend to patients' feedback.
- • Assist to schedule duty, leave rosters and deployment of PSAs.
- • Assist executives in operations related to partnerships with community organizations
- • Assist to conduct regular staff roll call and pep talk sessions.
Job Requirements: Min Diploma in Business or similar w min relevant Frontline counter experience
