What You Will Do:
- Proactively engage and qualify potential investors for the company.
- Liaise with potential and existing investors, maintaining a positive image and attentive approach.
- Be the face of the company for the investment community.
- Coordinate the distribution of key investor materials, such as quarterly earnings releases.
- Prepare for and conduct presentation of yearly reports to investors.
- Be an intermediary between the company and the media on financial matters.
- Identify and leverage networking opportunities to attract investments and enhance the company's financial partnerships.
- Ensure regular dissemination of newsworthy information to maintain consistent coverage in both local and international financial press.
- Assist in generating quarterly shareholder reports.
The Must-Haves We Look For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Journalism, or another relevant field.
- Previous roles in investor relations.
- IPO experience.
- Familiarity with data analysis software.
- Strong and updated knowledge of the money market.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Bonus Points If You Possess:
- Desired qualifications: MBA and CFA.
- Investment banking work experience.
