We are looking for Senior HR Executive (Recruitment) to join one of the fast growing IT company in Singapore and support business expansion plans in other countries.

JOB SCOPES:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR and admin functions but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, relations & engagement
- Handle day-to day HR queries and issues
- Support business expansion plans in other countries (e.g. Taiwan, Dubai & Vietnam). Lead the recruitment needs with the assigned countries
- Conduct salary & benefits review and market benchmark
- Perform local payroll processing, liaising with vendors for regional payroll administration and processing
- Preparation of payroll related reports
- In charge of staff onboarding, orientation and offboarding
- Assist in annual appraisal and salary review exercise
- Handle air tickets and accommodation booking for business trip
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor/company representative from time to time
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Singaporean (s) only.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications in the technology industry.
