- Manage the Reach for the Stars (Enrichment) Programme, including but not limited to activities such as registration and annual renewals and collection of supporting documents, liaison with the vendors / enrichment schools on attendance and progress, coordinate with other CWW Team members, communications with the children and their parents, etc.
- Plan the FRESH programme in terms of scheduling, liaision with donors and volunteers, internal coordination processes, and actual running of the programme at certain sites.
- Work with the Centre teams to organise co-curricular (non-academic) programmes such as Pathfinder, Learning Journeys, Life Skills workshops, and other activities for the children during term time and holiday periods. This would include planning and design of the activities schedule and learning objectives, liaison with external vendors and volunteers to plan and ensure the effective and safe conduct of the events.
- Respond to ad-hoc enquiry emails, phone calls, or walk-in queries.
- Keep proper record of activities, beneficiaries, volunteers, and other information in Shared Folder and preparation of reports for quarterly Board Meetings.
- Other duties as assigned by the Manager / AD / CEO.
