About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive or Assistant Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing to lead our marketing and brand strategy initiatives. This role is designed for a candidate with experience in digital marketing strategies. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, manage digital advertising efforts, oversee brand communication, and drive both short- and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and manage campaigns across SEM, SEO, PPC, display ads, and social media platforms to drive online engagement and achieve business goals.
- Oversee CRM systems to segment audiences, personalize marketing efforts, and track customer interactions, using data to create targeted campaigns and enhance customer relationships.
- Plan and manage strategic and tactical marketing campaigns for brand building and achieving business targets. Coordinate content creation for digital channels, monitor campaign performance, and use data-driven insights to optimize ROI and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze digital marketing campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and make recommendations for ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to track growth, maintain analytics reports, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop strategies to engage with target audiences and stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure innovative and competitive practices.
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as requested.
Pre-requisite
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Candidates pursuing a Master’s Degree are also encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing. Relevant experience in digital marketing strategy is preferred, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and brand management. Position level will be based on experience.
- Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and tools is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Independent, proactive, and adaptable, with a creative mindset and ability to handle dynamic challenges.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and demonstrating a startup mentality to drive innovation and respond to evolving needs.
