Job Responsibilities
- Customer inquiry and complaint
- Handle customer reservations including online reservation
- Wine sales and promotion
- Hosting Guest at their tables
- Customer Service / Waiting on guest
- Taking food and drink order
- Barista & Pantry Duties
- Bussing and clearing tables
- General housekeeping
- Preparation, table set up
- Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
- Ensure cleanliness and timely services are always rendered to guests
- Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
