- Takes bookings from customers for export & import cross-border trucking shipments
- Handles customer services, complaints and process paper documentation
- Coordinates customers' inquiries and requests
- Attends to problems and customers’ complaints
- Attends to delivery of goods as and when they arrived (import and export)
- Ensures that the cargoes are delivered according to customers’ requirements
- Updates receiving and delivery status of cargoes promptly in UFS
- Prepares road delivery reports for customers
- Liaise and coordinates with KWE overseas offices on cross-border delivery schedules
- Prepares invoices to customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time
Job Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in cross-border operations, trucking and customs documentation and customer service
- min GCE ‘O’ Level
- Computer literacy, basic Microsoft office skills
