Job Description
- To handle finance and audit related matters for I3D grants and other related grants
- To handle finance matters with regards to the grant
- To assure that expenditures support program objectives and that budgets submitted are consistent with NMRC guidelines and policies.
- To maintain the finance matters to a standard that meets NMRC and NUS auditing requirements
- Work closely with Office of Finance and HR on financial matters
- Manage and implement financial policy and procedures to ensure efficient financial operations
- Assist the admin lead in finance matters and budget as needed
- Submit RFP forms to OFN each month to facilitate intern monthly pay.
- Process all kind of invoice submission to OFNAP related to I3D Theme 3 projects.
- Responsible for raising invoices, journals for subawarded fund to other institute, and purchase requests (PRs), as well as creating vendor codes and requesting fixed asset numbers
- Assist in coordinate arrangements for PI honorarium payments.
Qualifications
- Diploma/A’ levels or above
- Major in Accountancy or related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A team player who is pro-active, has a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with financial management, budgeting and forecasting
- Expertise in financial reporting systems and the ability to manage complex financial operations
