We are currently looking for a reliable and skilled Class 4 Driver with a Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL) to operate our 39-seater bus, handling various transport needs including arrivals, departures, excursions, attractions, and transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrivals & Departures:Safely transport passengers to and from airports, hotels, and other destinations using the 39-seater bus.
Assist with luggage handling and ensure a smooth, efficient travel experience for all passengers.
- Excursions & Attractions:Drive the 39-seater bus to local attractions and excursion sites as per scheduled itineraries.
Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding destinations and activities.
- Sharing Transfers:Manage and coordinate both private and shared transfers, ensuring timely and reliable service.
Collaborate with other drivers and service coordinators to streamline group transport.
- Customer Service:Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns from passengers.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance:Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on the 39-seater bus to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Report any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to the management promptly.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 4 driving license and Bus Driver Vocational License (BDVL).
- Experience driving large buses, preferably a 39-seater.
- Strong knowledge of local roads, attractions, and transport routes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
