Job Responsibilities
- · Day to day kitchen operations
- · Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces and utensils
- · Wash, cut, and prepare food for designated for cooking
- · Prepare variety of foods; meat, seafood poultry etc
- · Clean and restock worksations display cases
- · Ensure strict hygiene standards
- · Assist with all duties as assigned by Head Chef
